Aloha 2 GO, LLC’s (and www.aloha2godelivery.com) privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”) describes how we collect, use, and disclose the information collected by our website, mobile applications, call center, and other services. By accessing and using www.aloha2godelivery.com, or by directly calling Aloha 2 GO, LLC, you acknowledge that you have read and understand our privacy policy. Information Collected

• Account Information- When you register an account, we collect your name, valid email address, and personal password. You must provide a valid delivery address and other contact information, like your phone number, to facilitate deliveries. In order to complete a purchase, you also must provide relevant payment information such as credit card numbers to be processed by our secure merchant services provider.
• Transactional Information- When using Aloha 2 GO, we collect information about when and where orders occur, order descriptions, billing information, and device information.
• Location Information- Certain mobile applications may collect device location information, in addition to the geographic location of the Users server.
• Device Information- We collect data on the types of devices used to submit orders and visit our website, as well as the programs and browsers used to access our content and services.
• Use Information- Information on the use of the site, page visits, and session duration is collected. This includes time stamps of the User’s access times and Internet Protocol (IP) address used during the session.
• Use of Cookies- Cookies are small data files stored on your computers hard drive that maintain user preferences and account settings, among other things, to generally improve upon the user experience. Cookies can also be used to aggregate data regarding user activity. This information is used for internal marketing purposes. We also utilize cookies in our email marketing to track statistics relating to the effectiveness of email campaigns. • Google Analytics, Bing Analytics, Facebook Tracking, and AdWords Tracking- Aloha 2 Go uses certain third-party analytics software to measure data collected by its website, such as referrals and conversion data. Aloha 2 GO also uses this data to market via Google AdWords and Facebook to find relevant customers. • Other Reasonable Information- Relating the use of services, other information, such as reviews, “likes”, and account instructions, among other reasonable delivery information, may be collected.
• Phone Calls- In certain instances, phone conversations made to Aloha 2 GO, LLC are recorded for Customer Service Quality Assurance.

A historical record of all user information is maintained on an internal CRM to provide adequate and up-to-date customer service. All payment information is encrypted and invisible to Aloha 2 GO, LLC staff and ownership.

Information Sharing

All data collected is used for internal purposes only to determine content popularity, user interests, and other relevant use data. This information may be shared in certain situations, such as the sale of advertising, but is otherwise not made available. Certain information, such as your phone number and address, are made available simply as a result of the delivery process. For example, it is possible for a restaurant to view some account information, such as pone number and address, if the user has ordered food from them. This information is provided to the restaurants via fax or email. Aloha 2 GO. LLC is not responsible for the privacy and sharing practices of participating third party vendors and restaurants when users order from them. We always suggest contacting individual restaurants regarding their individual policy. In any event, any sharing of information with Partners, Affiliates, and Advertisers is done with the intent to improve the Aloha 2 GO product and End User experience on the website.

Policy Changes

Aloha 2 GO reserves the right to update, at its own discretion, this Privacy Policy at any moment in time. Any changes will be in effect once made public on www.aloha2godelivery.com and any changes will supersede this document in entirety. A best effort to notify users of privacy policy updates will be made.

Security

Your personal information is of the utmost importance to us. Your information is stored on secure server that only select personnel may access. All credit card information is encrypted and information such as the CVV code and card number is not made known to any representative of Aloha 2 GO, LLC, nor can this information be accessed at any future date. To protect your own privacy, we suggest your account password and information are not shared with anyone. Anyone with access to your account may be able to use your payment options to place orders. While the information cannot be viewed internally, it is possible to remove unwanted and old credit cards from your user account online or by calling Aloha 2 GO, LLC directly at (808) 591-8646. We are contracted with BluePay Merchant Services for all payment processing.
